At the Hazardex 2020 Awards for Excellence on February 26, the award for Best Customer Service (Sponsored by CSA Group) went to… Raytec for excellence in customer care.

The Best Customer Service award goes to a company or corporate division that has provided excellent customer service in the sector over the last two years. Voters were not allowed to vote for their own company/organisation.

Over the last decade, the Hazardex Awards programme has become a benchmark for those supplying products, services and systems within hazardous areas. You can play your part in raising awareness and standards across the sector by nominating a company, product or service for the 2021 awards, entering your vote and encouraging your colleagues to do likewise. Nominations will open later in the year. For details about the 2021 event, please contact Russell Goater (details at the bottom of this page).

Thank you to our Event & Awards Sponsor, CSA Group!

Best Customer Service - Sponsored by CSA Group

**WINNER** - Raytec

As well as designing and manufacturing a full range of LED Ex luminaires, Raytec also provides outstanding customer service through its free Lighting Design service. The very nature of Hazardous Area applications means the design and planning process is crucial to fulfilling the requirements of the client. At the very centre of this is Lighting Design. The free Lighting Design service helps to bring an application to life. Whether for smaller applications with just a few luminaires, or large, complex sites with vast lighting requirements, Raytec can provide exact models and detailed solutions to help you hit the requirements you need. The designs can also be used as a guide throughout the installation, ensuring light is targeted exactly where it’s needed.

Everything is done in-house at Raytec, and you’ll receive 1-to-1 support throughout the entire process to ensure you achieve the perfect solution. Port Moresby Power Station and Torabhaig Distillery are just two examples which highlight the quality of this service as our design team provide a true insight into the final look of the installation.
