The Hazardex 2021 event has been moved to June 16 & 17 due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19. The Hazardex 2021 Call for Papers is open with a revised deadline and we are seeking submissions on a range of process safety-related topics. Submit an abstract now to share your knowledge and experiences with the most important peers and stakeholders of the global high hazard industry.

The Hazardex 2021 Conference, Exhibition and Awards event is now taking place on June 16 and 17 at the Majestic Hotel, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, UK. Book your place at the industry's most prestigious event now!

The ongoing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and therefore the potential risk to health of exhibitors and attendees means we have taken the decision to move the Hazardex 2021 event from February 2021, to June 16th & 17th 2021 and still to be staged at the Hilton Majestic Hotel in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, UK.

We will be providing an online option to the content for any delegates unable to attend in person due to travel restrictions or health risk concerns. This will ensure the continuation of all essential information and knowledge sharing, networking, and product & service sourcing that Hazardex has become synonymous with.

For 20 years, the Hazardex Conference & Exhibition has been the ideal platform for sharing key industry information and topical discussion on process safety-related topics. The annual event brings together those with hazardous area and wider safety responsibilities to review best practice and the latest research in areas key to managing process safety effectively.

The Call for Papers for Hazardex 2021 is now open and we are seeking submissions from contributors with experience and knowledge of the process safety and high hazard sectors. Submissions could be in the form of research, industry developments, lessons learnt from near-misses, investigation findings, good practice for industry, or case studies, to name just a few of the formats we are looking for.

As always, we are seeking participation from members of industry where hazardous area operations or process safety are of high importance. These will include chemical, pharmaceutical, onshore and offshore oil & gas, nuclear, renewables, food & beverage, utilities, laboratories/clean room, power generation, transport of hazardous materials, manufacturing, agrochemical, new energy such as hydrogen and battery storage.

The Hazardex 2021 Conference will have a focus on several topics including:
