Jon Wallis, EC&I Compliance Lead at ECFIO, will be presenting at Hazardex in the Regions: Grangemouth on 18 June. He will be discussing root cause thinking when it comes to CPD and asking the question: what's driving your career decisions?

Using root cause thinking, the same logic we apply to technical faults, we’ll explore how to make better decisions about training, job moves, and career direction. Instead of chasing qualifications or roles for the sake of it, we’ll look at what’s important to you - whether that’s security, time, challenge, or just doing a good job for decent money. Jon Wallis shares practical tools and personal experience to help you align your development with what really matters to you and what you want to get from work.

Jon Wallis, EC&I Compliance Lead at ECFIO, has 20 years’ experience working with hazardous areas in process industries. Jon is a firm believer in loss prevention and risk reduction through effective quality assurance and training. He has worked in most high-risk industrials processes and has trained over 6,000 learners.
