Tim Highfield, CEO of Kondor, will be speaking at Hazardex Live 2026 about improving plant performance with agentic AI.

The presentation will examine a case study demonstrating how plant performance can be improved using agentic AI and discuss how much further agentic AI can play a part in the decarbonisation of industries.

About the speaker:

Tim Highfield is an experienced senior leader of teams with over 25 years of deep and broad experience in the energy sector.  He has worked on some of the largest process facilities worldwide with extensive experience in oversight of and managing projects and technical definition across the energy sector (including gas, LNG, oil, H2, CCUS), greenfield and brownfield, at all project phases from appraisal to operations including due diligence and M&A. Tim is now the co-founder and CEO of Kondor, a start-up developing a co-pilot for industrial energy efficiency and decarbonisation.
