e. Saipex – "Ex-perience" web platform for managing IECEx compliance

Life-cycle management of electrical systems in explosive atmospheres has several critical phases. An error in any of these above stages can defeat the explosion protection of an entire plant. There are also several business functions involved for which specific expertise is required. One of the main issues is to integrate the different phases of a plant's life cycle through the sharing of relevant information at any point in the life cycle among all those involved. "Ex-perience", a web platform that simplifies the management of IECEx compliance along the entire process chain, supports all business functions involved in the different process steps in real-time. : archiving, documentary backup and real-time updating, automated completion of standard forms with alert systems for cases of Ex Equipment rejection, real-time progress for different documentation (check-sheets, Punch List, Ex Register, IECEx & ATEX Certificates, photos and supporting documentation). All this while ensuring the preservation of data and documents and, at the same time, a high level of performance from the point of view of information exchange, reduction of delivery time, reduction of QA/QC costs with obvious quality improvement.
